Pricing Changes coming April 1st

During these times, we have made changes to our pricing to maintain our great service for our students. With these changes, we believe our music lessons are still more competitive than the average rates in central Florida.

Effective April 1st, lesson rates with our instructors will be adjusted to $30 per session, while the Director’s rate will stay the same.

Remember that along with our foundation, we provide a variety of discounts and promotions that support our community!

New Policies Starting 2024

As we step into a brand-new year, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and dedication to the world of music. Your passion and enthusiasm have been the driving force behind the success of ACE Music Academy.

In our commitment to providing the best learning experience, we've made some updates to our terms and conditions. Effective immediately, we have refined our cancellation policies to better serve the needs of our valued students.

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICIES

For any cancellations made on the day of the scheduled lesson without prior notification, 50 percent of the class fee will be charged and collected on the same day. If a student cancels before the end of the day before the scheduled lesson, there will be no cancellation fees.

MAKE-UP LESSONS POLICY

When a lesson is canceled properly, students are required to re-schedule and attend a make-up lesson. Failure to make up a canceled lesson will void any associated discounts.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE

Starting in January 2024, all students will be enrolled in a recurring annual registration fee. This fee is mandatory for continued enrollment with Ace Music Academy.

AMA September's Recital - New Date

Good morning families,

Due to an unforeseeable event with the venue hosting the AMA Music Recital, we have been forced to reschedule the upcoming event to Sunday, October 1st.

The recital will still take place in the Steinway Piano Galleries from 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Price Change Starting October 1

Effective October 1st, the director of Ace Music Academy will adjust the lesson rates to $35 per session. Please note that this change will only be applicable to the Director’s students, and the rates for all other instructors will remain unchanged.

We have updated our pricing structure to accurately reflect the level of expertise and dedication required when working with our director. Despite these changes, we remain confident that our music lesson rates continue to be more competitive than the average in our area.

Summer Camp 2023

Announcing our summer camps for this summer makes us happy! The camps will run from June 19th to July 28th and pre-registrations are currently being accepted. Your child will have an amazing time while developing new skills and making friends at our summer camp. Prices start at $60 per day, and we'll also provide fantastic savings.

Pricing Changes coming April 1st

Spring is coming very soon! With a new season, comes new changes. Please read below to learn about what will be changing with our lessons!

Starting from April 1st, Music Lesson rates with the Academy Director will be going up by $5 (from $25 to $30). We would like to assure you that this change will only affect lessons with the Academy director; all of the other instructors' lesson rates will remain the same.

Additionally, we would like to remind all of our students of our lesson cancellation/make-up policy. We understand that sometimes emergencies or unexpected events can happen, and we want to make sure that our students are not unfairly charged for missed lessons due to such circumstances. Students missing a lesson due to an unforeseen emergency (or for a teacher absence/emergency) will be allowed a make-up session with no expiration date.

Planned absences must be notified by 10 am the morning of the scheduled lesson. If we receive notification by the deadline, we will offer you a make-up lesson that must be rescheduled within 30 days of the planned absence. If the make-up lesson has not been rescheduled within 30 days, you will be liable for the payment of the missed lesson.

If you cannot attend a regularly scheduled lesson with the Academy Director due to a planned absence, then you must reschedule a make-up with a substitute instructor within 30 days of the planned absence. If the make-up lesson has not been rescheduled within 30 days, you will be liable for the payment of the missed lesson.

New discount program

We are excited to announce a new discount program at ACE Music Academy that will help students save money on their music lessons. By signing up for autopay, students can receive significant discounts on their monthly invoices.

Normal students who attend 30-minute lessons per week will receive a $5 monthly discount when they enroll in autopay. Additionally, families with multiple children enrolled in lessons will receive a $10 discount each month when they sign up for autopay.

Students who attend ACE Music Academy-affiliated schools or academies, such as FCAS, will receive a $5 discount each month when they enroll in autopay. Furthermore, children of personnel working in ACE Music Academy-affiliated schools or academies will receive a 20% discount on their monthly invoices.

These discounts are a great way for our students and their families to save money while continuing their musical education at ACE Music Academy.
