In our commitment to providing the best learning experience, we've made some updates to our terms and conditions. Effective immediately, we have refined our cancellation policies to better serve the needs of our valued students.
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICIES
For any cancellations made on the day of the scheduled lesson without prior notification, 50 percent of the class fee will be charged and collected on the same day. If a student cancels before the end of the day before the scheduled lesson, there will be no cancellation fees.
MAKE-UP LESSONS POLICY
When a lesson is canceled properly, students are required to re-schedule and attend a make-up lesson. Failure to make up a canceled lesson will void any associated discounts.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
Starting in January 2024, all students will be enrolled in a recurring annual registration fee. This fee is mandatory for continued enrollment with Ace Music Academy.
These policies aim to maintain consistency, fairness, and financial accountability while providing guidelines for cancellations, make-up lessons, and registration fees. Adjustments to these policies can be made as needed to align with the specific requirements and objectives of Ace Music Academy.
